Optus My Business Awards 2017

We are very honoured to have been named as a finalist in the Optus My Business Awards for 2017.

Trade Risk has made the shortlist to win the Customer Service Experience category, which will be announced at the awards dinner in Sydney in November.

Being a finalist in the Customer Service category means so much to us, as customer service is what we’re all about.

We’re up against some huge competition to win the award, but just being a finalist amongst such great company is a major achievement on its own.

The Optus My Business Awards acknowledge best practice within a particular industry sector, as well as individual business leaders, excellence in customer service and achievements in innovation, corporate social responsibility and workplace culture.

Winners from all categories will be automatically shortlisted for the highly coveted Business of the Year Award.

Adam Zuchetti, editor of My Business, said Australian SMEs are at the leading edge of innovation and customer service excellence, as represented by this year’s Optus My Business Awards finalists.

Whilst Trade Risk is not the only financial services business to be a finalist in the customer service category, we are very proud to be the only insurance brokerage to make the cut.

Some people might see us an online business, since so much of what we do is online, but the truth is we are genuine insurance professionals providing a level of service that is as good as anyone else out there.

We might not have an office in every state or city, but we will have clients there, and every one of them enjoys award winning service from our team.

All of the credit for this achievement goes to our amazing team, who work hard every day to ensure thousands of Aussie tradies are getting the best from their insurance.
