Shane is the founder of Trade Risk. His passion is ensuring that self-employed people can protect themselves financially through insurance.

He has spent his entire career in financial services, and has led the Trade Risk team since day one. You can learn more about Shane here.

Jennifer Steger

Principal Insurance Broker

Jennifer brings over 15 years of industry experience to our team, and manages a portfolio of new and existing clients with their business insurance needs.

She is a QPIB (Qualified Practising Insurance Broker) and has received the following accolades:

• 2022 – Insurance Business Awards – Broker of the Year – Specialist (Finalist)
• 2022 – CBN Awards – Broker of the Year – Individual (Finalist)
• 2021 – Insurance Business Awards – Broker of the Year – Specialist (Finalist)

Prior to joining Trade Risk, Jennifer worked for another trade-specialist insurance broker.

Keshia McDonald

Senior Insurance Broker

Keshia brings a huge amount of experience to the Trade Risk team. As one of our brokers she looks after a portfolio of existing clients in addition to welcoming new clients to our family.

She had previously worked for another trade-specialist insurance brokerage and is very familiar with the types of businesses we work with.

Demi Marsh

Senior Insurance Broker

Demi has spent over a decade in the insurance industry, including a number of years as a senior broker here at Trade Risk.

Her background in the insurance industry includes roles in broking as well as underwriting.

Claire Maccoll

Insurance Broker

Claire started as an admin assistant at Trade Risk before moving up into the assistant broker and then broker roles.

She manages a portfolio of existing Trade Risk clients along with assisting new clients.

Viktorija Knostenbergs

Insurance Broker

Viktorija is a qualified insurance broker, looking after a portfolio of new and existing Trade Risk clients.

She has been with Trade Risk for a number of years, and prior to becoming a broker she was the assistant to our principal broker.

Claire Dawson

Insurance Broker – Renewals

Claire has recently moved up into the insurance broker role, where she specialises in renewals for our existing clients.

Prior to moving into the broker role, Claire worked as an assistant to one of our senior brokers.

Tayla Gitsham

Assistant Insurance Broker

Tayla is one of our assistant brokers, having started with Trade Risk in the admin role.

She primarily assists our principal broker, Jennifer Steger, to help ensure our clients are getting the right coverage at a competitive price each year.

Jasmine Godfrey

Assistant Insurance Broker

Jasmine is the assistant broker to one of our senior brokers, Demi Marsh.

She started in our admin role, and has quickly progressed into the assistant role.

Tristan Winning

Assistant Insurance Broker

Tristan is the newest addition to the Trade Risk team, and is assisting one of our senior brokers, Keshia McDonald.

Nikita Dent

Insurance Admin Assistant

Nikita started in our admin team, and now supports our team and clients with the processing of their policies.

Bella works part-time in our admin team helping to ensure our clients and team are operating smoothly.
