Trade Risk was founded in 2010 by current managing director, Shane Moore. In 2012 the business was transformed with the addition of extra staff and our first office.

Our business is fully owned by our founder and his family. We’re proud to be a 100% Australian family-owned business.
Current Clients: 4,000+
Over 4,000 businesses currently hold insurance via Trade Risk. Some are sole traders turning over less than $100k a year, whilst others are larger businesses with multi-million dollar turnovers.
In total we’ve assisted more than 9,000 trade businesses since 2010.
Premiums: $3,000,000+
We manage over $3 million in annual premiums for our clients. This volume helps us to secure better rates for our clients.
Coverage: Nation-wide
We have clients in every state and territory of Australia.
Staff: 8+
We employ a team of eight full-time staff and a part-timer.
Our team are all based in our Brisbane office, looking after clients Australia-wide.
