Feefo Customer Reviews

Today we received our 400th independently verified client review.

It’s a fantastic achievement considering we’ve only been gathering reviews in this way for around two years.

In July 2015 we engaged global reviews company Feefo to gather ratings and reviews from all new and existing clients.

Feefo operate under strict guidelines to ensure all feedback they gather is done so independently from verified clients of Trade Risk.

This means that any tradies viewing our ratings and reviews can be confident that they are 100% legitimate.

Not only that, but we can’t pick and choose which reviews are displayed.  They all show, good and bad!

Thankfully we don’t get too many bad ones.

Making the 400 milestone even more satisfying was the actual feedback received.  It was a 5 star review from Peter, who is a carpenter in Victoria:

“I have been using Trade Risk now for 3 years I think and in that time my premiums have stayed the same for excellent cover.  Staff are very professional and are happy to help at any time.”

How good is that?  It makes us super proud that hundreds of our tradie clients take the time to write such nice things about our team.

Award winning service

Feefo run an annual award which recognises companies providing exceptional service to their clients.

Feefo Trusted Service Award

In 2017 Trade Risk qualified for the awards, and we received the Gold Trusted Service Award.

This award was based not only on the number of reviews received, but also on the quality of the ratings given to us.

We’re all about providing the best possible service when it comes to tradies insurance, so these awards do mean a lot to us.

5 star service

Over the last 12 months nearly two-thirds of all ratings for Trade Risk have been the maximum 5 stars.

The majority of the rest have been 4 stars, with a very small handful being 2-3 stars.  We’ve never received a 1 star review.

Whenever we receive a rating less than 4 stars we get in touch with the client, and in the majority of cases the reason for the poor review is typically something we can easily resolve, or relates to something that was outside of our control.

Nobody likes negative feedback, but if we can learn and improve from it, that’s not a bad thing.

No other tradesman insurance broker has anywhere near the number of positive reviews as Trade Risk, and for that matter, not many other brokers in general have that number.

It’s an effort that we’re very proud of, and allows us to confidently claim that no one provides a better insurance service to tradies than us.
