Trade Risk is pleased to announce that it has acquired the website and intellectual property of TradiesInsurance.com.au (“Tradies Insurance”).
Tradies Insurance was established almost a decade ago, and was one of the first websites to specifically cater to the insurance needs of tradespeople.
The main focus of the business was income protection and life insurance, with a network of financial advisers around the country assisting clients.
Trade Risk’s founder and managing director, Shane Moore, had this to say about the acquisition:
“Tradies Insurance has been around for many years, and back when I started Trade Risk it really was the industry leading website.
“Over the last couple of years we have taken things to another level with Trade Risk, and to now take over such a recognisable brand is fantastic for us”.
For now the Tradies Insurance website will continue to operate as normal, but with all new enquiries referred to Trade Risk.
Note that the sale does not include the ownership of any clients. All clients of Tradies Insurance will remain with the same financial advisers who originally assisted them.
Any existing Tradies Insurance clients should continue to contact their existing adviser for all enquiries.
