Top comment: “The problem with our industry is that there is no conformity….  Plumbers and sparkies all have a set minimum rate across the board and minimum conditions and so service and quality is the selling point.  We can put as many terms and conditions in our contract and builders just don’t give a **** and there are people out there that will do stupid **** like this for too cheap and so we end up competing with terms and conditions first and quality of product and service second…”
